Room Hire for Training & Businesses
Due to the nature of the Trust’s work, our Training Rooms and Meeting Rooms are most suited to organisations that require a quieter, calmer atmosphere. Previous hirers include King’s College London, the NHS, and other counselling and therapy organisations.
Training Rooms
Our Training Rooms are available for hire for up to 30 people.
Training organisations and businesses may also be interested in our smaller Meeting Rooms, perfect for meetings, interviews, or for individuals seeking business spaces.
Availability and Rates
- Training Rooms have low availability on Fridays and Mondays during the day.
- Our Meeting Rooms are least available on Tuesday – Thursday evenings.
However, please do enquire if you’re interested in hiring our spaces during busier times or weekends.
Overall, our hours and prices for these rooms are:
- Weekday hours: 8am – 9.30pm
- Weekend hours: 8am – 5.30pm (limited availability, please enquire)
- Medium Training Room rates: £30-£40 p/h
- Large Training Room rates: £55-£60 p/h
- Meeting Room rates: from £12.50 p/h
Please note, that during the holiday period, the Trust will be closed from Saturday 23rd December until Monday 1st January 2024. The Trust will reopen at 8am on Tuesday 2nd January.

How to book
To hire a space at the Trust, send an enquiry via the web form below, call us (on 020 7403 2100), or visit reception, and we’ll show you around the premises.
Once you’ve registered with us, you’ll be added to our database and able to use the Room Hire booking system for any future rentals.
