About Derek’s practice: Including the diploma training, I have 25 years experience as a therapist, and 20 years as a supervisor. After qualifying as a supervisor I became a Training Supervisor at the Trust. Supervising groups and individual students through their Diploma Training. Since then, I have continued to work with qualified students from the Diploma training and the Masters programmes. From a wider context I have also worked with qualified counsellors and psychotherapists from other modalities too. Personally  I find the intellectual stimulus and variety as a supervisor a constant inspiration.
