About Hilary’s practice: I trained and qualified as a supervisor through the Centre for Supervision and Team Development with Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot, pioneers in the field who were instrumental in developing the versatile and widely used seven-eyed model of supervision, and who co-authored the seminal text ‘Supervision in the Helping Professions’.
As somebody who deeply values the supervisory relationships I’ve experienced over the years and their impact on me and my work, I’m passionate about encouraging reflective practice and helping you to feel resourced, supported, challenged, inspired and fulfilled in your work with clients and your ongoing development as a practitioner. Fees are negotiable and guided by what you charge your own clients. I offer a free introductory session so we can explore your needs from supervision and see how we might work together.
