The Psychosynthesis Trust was recently awarded a Gold Recycling Award by First Mile for having a 85% recycling rate.
As part of a wider sustainability objective, the Trust is working to reduce its waste and is delighted to receive this award. The effort has resulted in over a ton of CO2 and nine trees saved, with 69kw of energy produced from their waste.
The Trust continues their work in becoming a more sustainable organisation by reducing its use of paper, reviewing the building’s energy usage including lighting, and encouraging all staff to use public transport when travelling to the office.
