The Role

Exploring Anxiety Programme Facilitators are essential to the delivery of group programmes in community groups and within corporations. A minimum of two facilitators leads each programme, working with ten participants over ten weeks.

We are interested in training facilitators who want to work with diverse participant groups (youth, environmentally focused, disadvantaged, corporate, elderly etc.) and who are passionate to support those experiencing various forms of anxiety (social, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), gender/s and orientation, climate, phobias).

As the programme uses nature as a lens, many of the sessions are based outside and use natural metaphors. Therefore, facilitators are required to have an active interest in nature and the environment. Additionally, an interest or understanding of psychotherapy or the psychospiritual, or in wellbeing and mental health, would be beneficial.
