Caroline Ridge

Caroline qualified as a Counsellor in 2022 and alongside her role with the trust she work in private practice, working with both adults and young people. Caroline’s previous work experience includes roles within HR, Recruitment and Project Management. She is a busy Mum and dog Mum and in her spare time enjoys going on long dog walks, going to gigs and reading fiction books.

She is very much looking forward to supporting the trainee counsellors and providing a quality service to clients.
