Event Recording: How nature and community can reduce workplace anxiety

Exploring Anxiety

At the Psychosynthesis Trust, we are exploring ways of supporting people experiencing workplace anxiety. Our Social Impact project, Time to Trust, aims to help adults explore anxiety through a person-centred approach.

Studies have shown that workplace anxiety have increased in recent years, with 76% of people experiencing moderate to high anxiety at work in 2023[1]. Kelly Tyler, Social Impact Director at the Trust, joined Team London Bridge for Mental Health Awareness Week to discuss how spending time in nature and with supportive communities can be beneficial for people currently experiencing workplace anxiety.
