Summary

Would you like to look in a different way at what is limiting you, whether that’s in your personal or professional life?

Something in your life or work might feel like it is blocked, burdened, or just not happening?

Maybe you want to be more visible, less afraid to step forward, more willing to take a risk?

Maybe something feels stuck in your relationships with partners, parents or children?

The family story, the experience of our parents, grandparents and ancestors creates a web of relationships across time with its own patterns, possibilities, and limitations. We can be unconsciously loyal to these underlying dynamics, operating in our blind spot, until the entanglements are made visible and integrated.

Through Family Constellations, mapping and tuning into the wider family system, we begin to see the greater whole of which we are a part and surface the hidden dynamics at play in our lives. Seeing and understanding these systemic dynamics empowers us to create change.

The systems we belong to, whether family, work or society, shape us in ways that can be both resourcing and limiting. The more we can see and integrate that which is influencing our path, the more freedom and agency we have to follow the evolutionary impulse in our lives.

Workshop purpose:

The purpose of the workshop is to support freedom, flow and potential.

Traumatic or difficult events in our family history can create aftershocks that impact across generations, emerging as unconscious family patterns or habits that shape our experience in the present day. This “family field” creates a filter which means that there are things we cannot sense, see or feel, and mindsets we are compelled to take in order to re-create the past.

We unknowingly inherit, create, or perpetuate these systemic patterns and generational habits until someone does the work of integration and healing.

Through a Family Constellations Workshop we can begin to make visible and integrate the systemic entanglements that limit our freedom, potential and presence.

Who is it for?

This workshop is open to anyone interested in understanding family constellations for personal and professional development, or both!

Attendees can book as an ‘issue holders’ or ‘participant’, please read below for further information.

What to expect?

The workshop requires a mix or ‘issue holders’ and ‘participants’, with the group of up to 16 people working with those issues. Matt will facilitate four constellations through the day.

Below is further information on how the workshop will benefit ‘issue holders’ and ‘participants’ – please note, there are limited places for Issue Holders, do book early to avoid disappointment.

Our approach

Psychosynthesis as applied to psychotherapy is a unique approach that combines both psychology and spirituality. It is a holistic process that helps the individual deal with patterns of behaviours which inhibit or prevent living life in meaningful and fulfilling ways. It brings us into contact with the life journey to meaning and purpose.
